Our Shipping Methods:
LOVECUP will ship out most orders within 5 to 10 business days after placing your order. Your order will be shipped UPS, Fed-Ex, RL Freight Carriers or best rate freight carrier unless you select a different shipping method. Once your order ships, they are generally received within 3-4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, LOVECUP can't be held responsible for conditions such as severe weather, service delays, etc.
Freight shipping for oversize items:
Furniture and large items at Lovecup.com often ship via freight carrier within the US and internationally. Most freight carriers schedule Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery, so please provide a good contact phone number when ordering, to schedule a delivery date and time frame. For standard freight delivery our shippers deliver furniture to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery is available if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded for only $45. Freight items can be shipped anywhere in the world, but please email us to confirm a quote for international shipments so you are comfortable with these delivery charges. If your scheduled appointment is missed, you may be charged an extra delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately at 1-800-518-2077 while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. LOVECUP will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments.
As noted on each of the products, some furniture is only available to ship Standard. Furniture assembly is not included, but may be available if it is arranged before order is placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly for a fee if possible.
In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges such as ferry fees, etc. Please contact email@example.com to make us aware of any special delivery requirements that must be taken for the items.
Designer Furniture Shipping and Returns
Many of the Designer Furniture Brands we carry are custom made to order and therefore can take weeks to months to build and finish. Please call us at 1-800-518-2077 for estimated lead times before placing a designer furniture order. The information and lead times on this page are not intended for designer furniture delivery estimates, however most designer furniture does ship free within the continental US. Custom Designer Furniture Pieces cannot be returned.
You will be charged at the time of placing your order. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

For our Fastest Delivery Method, orders must be submitted by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Thursday. For example orders placed on Friday by 1 PM EST will arrive on Monday. Orders being shipped outside of the continental US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.
Please note that our Delivery options refer only to delivery time frames and not the time required to prepare your order. Some orders more than on day to prepare.
Track Your Shipping
To track your order, please check the email that will be sent once the order is processed and fulfilled. This email is usually sent within 7 business days of placing order. Orders are processed on the day the order is placed.
Change a Destination
We start working on your order as soon you place the order, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. However, you are still welcome to call LOVECUP at 469-463-1511 to see how we can help.
Shipping outside the Continental US and to PO Boxes
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
LOVECUP may add additional shipping charges to the Standard Shipping costs for each oversized item added to your basket. This amount will be shown in the product detail page for the oversized item. Furniture and oversized items cannot be shipped outside of the continental US. They cannot be expedited, and will ship separately from other items on your order.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is a $15 charge for standard AKHI shipping. Optional upgrades to 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are available. 2 Day for $29.99 and next Day for $39.99.
We are able to ship to APO addresses by USPS Priority Shipping. However, the tracking updates for those orders can be irregular. Many times, these orders arrive within 2 weeks, but in some cases they can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Orders with items that have these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the continental US. Special shipping requirements will be noted in the product details.

Confirmation of Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail. Within that email you will be given a tracking number to check the tracking number of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account.
